Nicole has been a passionate voice for progress in supporting individuals from all walks of life—particularly those from marginalized communities. She views therapy as a powerful tool for empowerment, helping clients build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. Nicole believes that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves access to mental health care that is compassionate, safe, supportive, inclusive, and personalized. Her approach is person-centered, creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Her clinical experience spans a wide range of areas, including complex family and interpersonal dynamics, identity and belonging, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and the development of healthy coping strategies.

Outside the therapy office, Nicole enjoys attending concerts and comedy shows, diving into true crime stories, snacking on sour candy, and doing a deep dive into whatever topic has most recently sparked her curiosity.
