A lifelong learner, Dynisha worked in the community nonprofit sector for over a decade before joining as our Director in 2022. As a dedicated disrupter, she enjoys challenging the societal norm, creating safe spaces for all people but especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults. She uses a mix of interventions to help clients meet their goals, and truly believes in the dignity of all and the power and impact of language. She uses EMDR, art, play, and empathy in sessions.

She also really enjoys writing, reading, Harry Potter, Disney, Fan theories, and Studio Ghibli.
